Stack2Win is designed to know as little about you as possible. This page describes exactly what data we process, why, and what your rights are. It applies to stack2win.com in all languages.
Who we are
Stack2Win (“we”) operates this website. For any privacy question or request, contact contact@stack2win.com.
What we collect — and what we don’t
Browsing the site: nothing personal. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not set cookies for analytics, and we do not fingerprint visitors. Our fonts, styles and scripts are self-hosted — no third-party CDNs observe your visit.
Analytics. We use (or plan to use) Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, cookieless measurement tool. It counts page views and aggregate performance without cookies, without persistent identifiers, and without tracking you across sites. No consent banner is required because no personal data is stored on your device.
Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter, via our email provider. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribing deletes you from the list.
Contact form. Messages you send us (name, email, message content) are used only to reply to you, and are deleted once the exchange is resolved, except where a record is legally required.
Interactive tools. All seven casino tools run entirely in your browser. Inputs — bankrolls, bet sizes, filter choices — are never transmitted to us or anyone else, and vanish when you leave the page.
Outbound links
Casino links on this site may include affiliate identifiers, which tell the casino you came from Stack2Win. What happens on a casino’s website is governed by that casino’s own privacy policy — read it before registering. Affiliate attribution does not send us any personal information about you.
Legal bases and retention
Where GDPR applies, we process newsletter data on the basis of consent (withdrawable anytime) and contact data on the basis of legitimate interest in answering you. We keep data no longer than its purpose requires — newsletter data until you unsubscribe, contact data until your request is resolved — and we never sell or rent personal data. There’s nothing to sell.
Processors, transfers and profiling
The only personal data that leaves your browser goes to the processors that make a feature work: an email provider for the newsletter, and our hosting/analytics provider (Cloudflare) for delivering the site and cookieless traffic measurement. Where a processor is located outside the EEA, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We carry out no profiling and no automated decision-making, and we do not combine your data across services to build a profile of you.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability of your data, or object to processing. Email contact@stack2win.com; we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
